Massive beef with the person commenting on the novel I’m reading. How can you have a RAVIEL pfp and hate women??? She would beat your ass into another world- “Why are we STILL on Audrey?” “I hate Fors” WHAT DO YOU WANT. FOR US TO GO TO ALGER??? He’s at SEA!!!!! Unless you want to cut to just constant sea battle scenes it’s not gonna be interesting!!! Furthermore it’s not IMPORTANT!!! And narratively we can’t start dealing with Derrick either cause no one can even GET to him. Yeah we can get to know new characters and stuff and foreshadowing for the future but like it’s well established that the roles Derrick can play are very limited. Audrey, Fors, and Xio are RIGHT beside Klein in Backlund. Like it’s also a narrative thing that they constantly justttt miss one another. Also Derrick and Alger don’t have many means to discover mysteries outside of their areas of expertise that they kinda already assume the Fool is aware of. Their storylines at the moment just don’t have much use compared to Audrey and Fors who are IN the same town as Klein and covering the same ground so they can all discover all the mysteries in Backlund for the reader
