7-km run last night and am now eating dried green Mangoes (tastes just like the riped ones) that says the following:
Energy, kcal 140/serving Protein - 0 Carbs - 34 Fat - Le Zero! Vitamin C - 6 Iron 0.46 Vitamin A - 0.35
never been this conscious before :P diet diet din pag may time. it may be a little too late; at least it's not too late at all =P

so, my weight is the same. but my measurements have continued to go down just a little bit. i really don't mind, i guess. as long as my body is getting tinier. with more muscle and less fat. :) i've done yoga this morning. and im off to do some cardio! :)

it has been one week since i started my diet and exericise. and i weighed-in this morning. i was fairly happy with my results.

Waist: 27.5
Hips: 35.5
Thigh: 21.5
Boobs: 34.75
i'm down 1.5 pounds, and my measurements have gone down just a tad. it really motivates me to continue this regimine. thanks for all of your support!
