Egg Diet Eggs are good and as part of a balanced diet, they will not raise cholesterol. But eating just eggs all day will leave you hungry. 1 egg white has 6g of very good protein while the yolk contains Lutein which is what makes it yellow. It's also the same phytonutrient that makes spinach and avocado green. The yolk has some fat but the kind depends on what the chicken ate. If the chicken was fed on food with high omega 3 then the yolk will be high in omega 3. If you have a hard boiled egg with the yolk removed it contains zero fat! But you can't eat eggs all day and expect to lose weight properly, there is no balance. Sea Buckthorn Oil Also known as Omega 7 but it will not cause weight loss. Sea Buckthorn berries are grown mostly in Mongolia, Russia and China on bushes (not in the sea as the name suggests). There is a fatty acid in the fruit flesh called Palmitoleic Acid which is the Omega 7. It has 16 carbons on a double bond. But that doesn't make it magic, it's just a different chemical structure from Omega 3, 6 and 9. The oil is also the biggest source of Omega 7 but the Macadamia nut is a good source too. Don't buy this for weight loss just because it sounds exotic and you've never heard of it. Moon Diets This one is just plain crazy. Basically, you fast on the full moon and slowly increase your food as the phases of the moon change and then decrease again coming up to the full moon again. It has no nutritional principles just calorie restriction plus, you either have to follow a calendar or go outside and see what the moon is doing. You have about as much chance of losing weight on this diet as you have of seeing Count Dracula or a cow jumping over the moon! #poweredbyherbalife #info #learning #healthy #dietmyth #moondiet #eggdiet #seabuckthornoil #ridiculous (at Brighton)
