It's so hard... To say... Ok, not so hard... Saying goodbye to the old me. I have 9 weeks til my competition. I am in training mode. Eliminating sugar and dairy products... Lets see what the future holds. I have heard people say and I have asked myself, "how did you lose that weight? How do you eat? What is your special secret?" Well folks, I have come to find out that it is 80% diet and 20% exercise. We don't realize what we fuel our body with. Would you actually put molasses in your gas tank?? Yea, I didn't think so! I am excited to see what happens. My first workout is tomorrow and I am going to the grocery to buy out the produce section! Very excited! Here comes the new me!
