Katherine took the blanket tucking her daughter in, she couldn't lie that she had felt guilty for how she treated Nadia when she came to find her, she saw this Nadia as a fresh start. "You know, you had a sister with the same name, her name was Nadia Petrova, she was a lot like you and I." she smiled, feeling tears begin to come up and sting the white of her eyes. Where is she? the little girl asked, her voice soft and small. Katherine cleared her throat, "Um. She's gone, but I loved her, and I love you both very much." she attempted to smile. She was just about to tell another tale until she felt a presence behind her, obviously indulging in Katherine's vulnerability, before she turned her attention to them she kissed her daughter on the forehead goodnight, as she walked up to them. "What?" she asked, her guard immediately being put up again.
