Yuki Suzume is a twenty-three year old au ra born on the Azem Steppe to a xaela and raen couple within the Malaguld tribe. While playing in caves near her clan’s springtime camp, she was petrified by a voidsent at the age of thirteen. Due to the strength of this voidsent, she remained petrified until it was slain three and a half years later; well after her statue had been ‘recovered’ by ne’re-do-well adventurers and sold to a wealthy patron, unaware or uncaring that the stone prize was once living.

She de-petrified standing upon a plinth in this wealthy patron’s garden above his freshly bludgeoned body with naught but her forename.

In search if her memories she took up any odd jobs she could find and traveled for several months before stowing away on a passenger ship to Kugane. This ship met an unfortunate fate and she washed up on Mimi’s small fishing island and was soon adopted by her.

She remained on this small isolated island for ten years before setting out with her brother, Noct, in search of her lost memories.

Faine Nocturne is a twenty-eight year old roegadyn from a small farm in La Nocea. She grew up listening to her father’s tales of traveling and adventuring. When she was of age she set out to make her own stories and memories.

She effortlessly earned the title of Blue Dragoon along the way but likes to fling chakrams (DNC) occasionally as well.

She’s currently minding her own business on a sweet little island paradise.

Noct Frost is a thirty-two year old viera from a now non-existent small tropical island and the only survivor of its inhabitants. His early childhood memory is clouded from an illness that killed half his tribe. Three years after the wave of illness subsided, a volcanic eruption halved his clan again and forced them to take on a seafaring migratory lifestyle. A year later a typhoon destroyed their fleet killing the few that remained except for him.

He was adopted by Mimi and her wife Arya at the age of 13 when he washed ashore 3 days after the storm ceased.

13 years later Mimi adopted Yuki who also washed up on the island after a storm wrecked the ship she was passengered on.

He is a DRK like his mother but likes to pull out chakrams (DNC) or his grimoire (SMN) from time to time.

Tidbits:

His name was originally simply Nox but he changed it when he discovered he didn’t like the look of the earozean x. His surname comes from a playful nickname of Frostfoot he earned in his early adventuring days and shortened to Frost once he began working with the Scions.

His echo doesn’t grant him the blessing of languages so he cannot read eorzean. As a result his grimoire is unreadable to eorzean arcanists and his carbuncle is unusually large.

He’s mute due to an injury to his throat during a fight with [REDACTED] and now communicates via a simplified universal sign language.

Flower Mintea is a thirty-three year old viera of mysterious origin, found as an infant in the arms of a rooted ent by two Ishgardian exiles in the Black Shroud. His birth parents were never found.

He was raised on a flower farm named Mintea Flowers not far from the Honey Yard in the East Shroud. His parents; father, Elment, and mother, Trephie, have a beneficial arrangement with the many beekeepers in the area, planting different flowers upon request so the beekeepers can stock seasonal honeys.

Flower chose his forename at the age of seventeen due to his parents attempt to raise him as they’d read Rava raise their own. Their study material being incomplete and inaccurate meant he was raised not quite true to tradition but at least free of gender restrictions. Instead he was given various plant-themed nicknames such as Sprout, Blossom, Seedling etc and allowed to choose or switch his preferred presentation and name at will.

He’s a gifted healer [SCH, WHM, AST] and a decent archer [BRD] and a genius with all things flora.

Currently he’s stuck in a never ending loop of saving the land and world as he longs for peace and a simple flower stall.

Mimi Mamo is a middle aged lalafell from an unmapped fishing island. The island isn’t known to the greater part of the star on account that it can only be found by those who have lived on it or survived a mid-voyage shipwreck and washed up on its shores.

Mimi is blind in one eye due to events on [REDACTED] that made her dunesfolk membrane thicken, diluting the color of her crimson eye and obscuring her vision. The source of this condition is unknown.

She’s a DRK main but can SMN as well. There’s an oc version of her and a WoL version with similar histories with the exception that the oc version has already experienced her adventures and now lives happily retired with her wife and adopted children; Noct and Yuki.
