Teivel ( @ravage-on-the-horizon ) to Poni and Shinji Looking to Poni and Shinji, he tilts his head quizzically. Tail swishing behind him as he ponders the thoughts in his head. "Thou two were out here when the body appeared, yes? Did thou see anything suspicious?"

Shinji shakes his head.

Sadly we weren't paying attention, but we did get a clue that we're gonna follow up on. I assume everyone else got a clue as well. Maybe we could coordinate?

Yeah! Poni exclaims. We'll take down the murderer and put em behind bars!

There’s no needle markings on the body, and there’s a missing bottle in the confection section. It’s best to talk to one of the butlers about this missing bottle!

Shinji looks at the clue curiously then at the body, examining it closely while Fido checks the confections table.

The clue about the body checks out.. Shinji said looks at Poni and Fido.

And the bottle's missing too. Fido added crossing his arms.

Then we go interrogate the butler's and sniff out more clues! Poni exclaims, grinning from ear to ear.

I agree Shinji said nodding in agreement. Though remember, no good cop bad cop Pon...

Awww Came the ogre's sad response.

Pigeon ( @starling-indulgence-prison ) to Poni and Shinji Pigeon started at Solo's limp form on the floor... Half tempted to go kick it for the hell of it, but he held back. "What do you two think of this whole... Murder mystery thing?" He asked, looking to Poni and Shinji who were still in the room alongside him.

Shinji looked over to Solo's direction, his expression changing to an angered one after noticing Poni poking Solo with her club.

Poni stop poking the man! You know he's not really dead right?! At least I hope not...Anyway quit it!

Glut ( @ask-apocrewlymons ) @ Fido

"So, pup, question for you. What's that partner shit your plus ones keep yapping about?"

Glut's ear-like antennae are tilted, punctuating his curiosity.

"You don't seem too chuffed to be here, in any case. And you must not be too familiar with humans if you thought I was one."

He grins a little, the slightest teasing huff escaping him.

"I mean it's pretty clear the OgreGoblimon is the kid's partner, but what are you? Thought humans only ever bonded with one Digimon."

Nevermind the fact he mistook Shinji's earlier slip-up for the name of some Digimon variant.

First off, I'm not a pup! Second off, I know what a human is! Multiple people saw you turn into whatever you wanna call yourself! Seriously do you have some kind of split personality memory loss or something?

Looking away annoyed, Fido crosses his arms after adjusting his scarf.

Anyway if you MUST know it's apparently a super rare case with those two, Shinji seems to have the rare ability to form a party of digimon unlike most tamers who only have one partner. As for me I'm not exactly fond of large groups of strangers, specially in my rookie while dressed up as a cartoon dog...

Pigeon ( @starling-indulgence-prison ) to the trio. Noticing the group, his interest in piqued. Especially since there's another person here! That would make three! Or two? He's not really certain what Sky classifies as. "Hello there! I'm Pigeon! Welcome to the party. Glad to see more people made it. I love the costumes." "Anyways! I hope you enjoy the party. I made some cookies. They're over at the bar if you want some. What are all your names?"

Shinji and Poni waved while Fido grumbled something close to a greeting.

I'm Shinj, and this is my ogr-goburimon partner Poni! And the the gaomon is-" Shinji replied but was interrupted by Poni.

"This is our faithful puppy companion Scrappy Doo!" Poni interjected quickly.

"That's it ogre outside! NOW!" Fido exclaims angrily, pointing towards the door.

"Nope sorry!" Poni said while slipping away.
