Microsoft Make What’s Next 2018 Campaign Visuals

We were approached by the team over at IN.FOM to work on the campaign assets for Microsoft’s Make What’s Next event held in conjunction with International Women’s Day 2018.  Being fans of the DigiGirlz initiative, we were thrilled. The series of graphics above was eventually designed to convey the potential and importance of tech education, as well as display the diverse fields in which tech can be used for positive impact.  It was heartwarming to see photos of the students enjoying themselves at the event. Check out the panel discussion on that day by change makers from Grab, Johnson & Johnson, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Shell over here!

Today's DigiGirlz High Tech Day is in full swing! Thank you to Dr. Christopher Washington (Franklin Provost) and Councilwomen Elizabeth Brown for delivering the keynote address to this inspirational group of young women! Today's attendees, many of whom gave up their day off school to be here, are being introduced to computer coding with hands on activities, as they interact with Microsoft and Microsoft Partner executives. Through today's DigiGirlz event, we hope to inspire these young women to pursue tech careers, as well as help dispel gender stereotypes of careers in the high-tech industry. #DigiGirlz

Our Founder, Binary Beauty herself, @megandeniece_ ! Mégan attended the DigiGirlz summer tech camp in 2007, she was actually the youngest attendee that year. As an alumnae of #DigiGirlz she is now in college studying Computer Science which a focus in Cyber Security! It was an absolute pleasure for her to see the next generation of DigiGirlz at the event!
