For being based on the Joker and Harley Quinn, it seems like they have a better partnership going on here. Jokermon doesn't mistreat his partner from what we see from him anyway. (Despite saying she would give her life for him, he never puts her anywhere near Cold Heart or has her caught up in any of his attacks, and she is madly in love with him, breaking down when he's defeated.)
(I feel there's some humans GIFT would view as "good" and haven't been "lead astray", like those who don't delete them and treat their partners well, while others like the World Union are enemies for treating Digimon as glitches to be experimented on and erased.)
