Crossing Paths

Izumi sat on a bench in the park. She occasionally glanced over at the train station nearby, wondering if she would ever see the Digital world again. Smiling fondly at the memories she returned her attention to the homework she had sitting in her lap until she felt someone sit down on the bench as well. 

Izumi glanced up to see who had sat down and gave a nod and a, “Hello.” in greeting to the blond boy who had taken the empty spot.
