“I hadn’t really taken it yet..” Rina replied though at the moment she felt both hot and cold, shivering. She must have caught some kind of bug, body aching and stomach churning.

“I see~” - Natchan glanced at Daisuke, who was now with the appearance of a tomato with hair. She winked at him, making the poor guy fall on the ground.

“Daisuke?” - she gasped - “A-are you okay?!!”

“I didn’t sign up for this…” - he muttered.

“Maybe I said too much..” She murmured, bending down and offering the male a hand. “Are you okay? I didn’t mean to make you fall over like that.” Rina explained, expression slightly worried.

“You probably like someone else” - he muttered.

“Do you like someone else?” - Natchan asked her. “N-NATCHAN!!” - he blushed again, especially because he had forgotten that Natchan is a digimon (wow Daisuke).

Wasn’t Natchan trying to be his cupid??! That sounded like a terrible idea…

The question was bold and to the point but Rina knew it would probably be the best way. She’d have to muster up her own courage. “Actually..I don’t like anyone else. Daichan is the only one I’m interested in.” She replied honestly though it did cause a light blush to form on her cheeks, glancing to see his reaction.

Oh no, he said it aloud and again he had forgotten Rina had been there…! At least he didn’t reveal Natchan is a digimon who has a human form. But dammit it was all Natchan’s fault! When it’s not Vee and his Royal Knight persona…!!

“L-let’s say I may or may not have one.”

He couldn’t let Rina know right… R I G H T ?

“May or may not, huh? And here I was hoping you would say yes.” Rina gave a mock pout, only teasing of course. But the fact of the matter was she did like Daisuke as more than a friend but she’d never be the one to make a first move. She was outgoing but when it came to this type of thing she was shy.

“No you’re not-” He gave her a cheeky grin but it was only because he cared for her, if there was anything he really wanted to see it was Rina smile any chance she got, and most of the time it was only when she was fighting something stronger than ever “I partnered up with a deadly sin, i think i can handle anything that get’s in my way, not even some techy freakshow could oppose us, except you Rina~” he felt a bit exceptional about that but Rina and Veevee could easily take him by speed alone, which is why he had such a deep respect for the girl, she could best him when no one else could. 

“Rest up…i’ll keep an eye out.” With that he walked out of the door way and into the hall outside. 

“Will do.” Rina responded, finally allowing her eyes to close. It seemed to ease the pain a little being able to drift in and out of consciousness though some part of her was still determined to wake to check on Rune. Of course he could handle himself but she was the worrying type when it came to her friends. At the very least VeeVee could help if needed but she was down for the count.  “Nn..You wouldn’t figure that I’d be able to sleep on the ground like this but lucky for me I can sleep anywhere.”

“He does it with all the girls that aren’t Miyako,” - Natchan said quickly, and after that… Daisuke almost lose the balance.

“I’m not blushing!!” - he shouted, making even the birds around fly away from him. Yup, he was - “And what’s wrong if I were?! Only girls can feel like that?! Only girls can talk about crushes and feel like that around them?!”

D’oh. He admitted it. 

“So you do admit you blush around girls that you have crushes on..So I guess maybe that means you have a crush on me then?” Rina wasn’t the type to just give up and when he gave her such a vocal reaction it only encouraged her. Who wouldn’t want to continue this when Daisuke had such a cute reaction?

Natchan giggled, he wouldn’t admit it so easily… And Rina wasn’t helping. Not with teasing him like that. No, he had no place to hide at that moment.

“You got him” - Natchan poked Rina’s arm - “He does that with girls when they’re around, or teasing him.”

“What?! Just because I shave my face?!” - he put his arms on his hips, staring at Natchan - “What’s wrong with you, Natchan?!”

“Oh does he now? I appreciate the information.” Rina grinned, happy to be spending time with Natchan especially if she got to learn more about Daisuke. So he got easily flustered around girls. “You are totally blushing, Daichan..So do you blush around all girls or just the ones you like, hmm?”
