"Well look here! The hero isn't dead yet!" Beelzemon waggled his fingers at Riou while hanging upside down from a tree. "Miss me~?"

"Pffft, me?  Dead?  As if.  There'd be a memorial service and a twenty gun salute if I ever kicked the bucket.  It'd be all over the news for weeks.  Probably get a daytime special about my career too!"  He'll just give the Demon Lord a look.

"You missed all the major holidays, dude.  Your timing sucks."  Totally not evading the question.

♥ - Romantic opinion:

He's not sure if Beel is capable of being romantic, or if that's something even in his vocabulary.  He knows Beel can be soft when he wants to be, in his own rough way, but romantic?  Probably not.

♋ - Platonic opinion:

As much of an asshole as Beel is, Riou doesn't think he's genuinely a bad person.  He just does what he wants.  He figures that has something to do with being a digital entity and the assumed harshness of said world he comes from.

☢ - Angsty opinion:

That outburst about the kids being dead bugs him.  Was that true?  Is Beel really the same one?  Is he really that old.

☀ - Happy memory:

That one time Beel dragged him in out of the rain certainly counts.

✥ - Secret desire:

He wants to smack the smug look off Beel's face whenever he goes on about how strong he is.  Surprise him with how badass a human can be.

[Meme] "Go the f*** to sleep before you hurt yourself or someone else." Beelzemon planted a strong hand on the meta's shoulder. Despite his harsh words, he knew going for too long without sleep was bad.

Riou was almost in the process of passing out when the Demon Lord's hand, and presence, snapped him back to consciousness with a sudden start.  He yelped a little, jumping from the shock.  "...Yeah, yeah I should do that."  He said with a mumble.  He couldn't believe he was agreeing with him.  "Sorry."  He said, rubbing his face with a hand.

Now he was apologizing to him.  Lovely, he was definitely sleep-deprived.
