It has a 1.0-type Exmor RS CMOS sensor, boasts 40x the normal frame rate, wide angle 24mm9 ZEISS lens, and a tough waterproof body that can reach depths of 10m or 33 feet.
Even though this camera only weighs 3.9 ounces, it is quite the gorgeous camera. To emphasis its professionalism, it was designed with the spattered texture most high-end camera bodies have. Leave it to Sony to create a camera that seems as though the GoPro model ate every other camera model, absorbed their information, and then took steroids on top of it. This definitely is an interesting addition to the Sony family, we cannot wait to see what they come out with for sale in the future! Canon and Nikon better watch out!
