Five years ago, on my brother's birthday, I was climbing the cherry tree in my back yard and I fell from it and broke my back, and now I have the back of a 60-year-old

I can slide my right knee cap to the side of my knee, and then it just bounces back into place when I let it go. (It also reacts to pressure changes so I know when it'll rain and how bad the rain will be)
