Fang whistled and shrugged. “Well that’s still cool I guess. Knowing planets and galaxies and being able to travel to different ones as much as you want.”

Yawning, he gestured towards the hallway off the living room. “It’s getting late and I’m getting tired. I might go to bed and if you want there’s another bed you can crash in.”

"If you do not mind, I think it would be nice to sleep on something instead of floating."

She giggled to herself a bit.

"You really have no reason to be afraid of me…you aren’t afraid of me, are you?"

"No of course not! I don’t have anything to be afraid of." He walked over to sit on his couch and smiled. "I’m honestly just kind of surprised and curious."

"Why are you on Earth by the way?"

She shrugged. "I like it here. It’s better than most other places I have gone to before, like Ale’greth or Nisthr’nad."

"I have no idea how to even pronounce those places. Are they other planets or universes?" Fang sat down on his sofa and stretched out, trying to get comfy as he worked to understand his new friend.

"Of sorts.If you saw me come out of that black rip, that’s how I get to and from the planets I visit. Like I told you, I live in the stars. I simply float among them. The twinkling is my lullaby, their warmth is my bed. They heal me and send me out to where I want to go. In a sense, they act like your Earth parents."

I know I’ve been insistant on How Train Your Dragon 2, but I am a million times more agressive about this movie

The Book of Life took 5 YEARS TO MAKE. Jorge R. Gutierrez has been wanting to make this movie for 14 YEARS but was said no countless times until finally a small studio gave this project a chance

this is honestly the most work, love, soul, dedication and passion i have ever seen go into a movie, animated or not. I cried during the film, and I cried hearing the people who worked on this project talk about it and and all it represents and what hope it brings and there’s just too much that’s amazing about it that i can’t even fit it all here

go see this movie. if you already have, see it again. tell EVERYONE you know to go see it. please for the love of god
