 BLACK  ,    POISONOUS  FIGURE  ,    AS  IF  SHE  TOO  WAS  A  PART  OF  THE  NIGHT.        oh,    but  she  was  not.  dress  waved  in  response  to  each  step      /      dark  imagery  breaking  through  a  gelid  kingdom,    approaching  the  throne  as  two  of  the  guards  escorted  her  like  a  frame.      not  differently  from  the  way  the  goddess  looked  at  everyone,    eyes  stare  at  the  royal  with  sparkling  curiosity  covered  in  superiority.    not  a  welcomed  visitor,    but  did  she  have  to  be?    did  she  care?      not  exactly  what  she  expected  from  one  and  all    /    only  chaos  seemed  to  wait  for  her  everywhere,    and  for  that  hela  would  always  be  prepared.   ❝  quite  the  reception,    dear.   all  set  up...  for  me?    ❞    the  armed  men,    words  referenced.    it  would  be  easier  to  guess  anyone  unknown  would  be  welcomed  like  that,    but  not  as  flattering.      hela  did  not  mind      /      wouldn’t  be  clever  of  a  ruler  to  let  her  in  without  greater  security,    of  course.    that  one,    in  particular,    seemed  to  know  exactly  what  she  was  doing,    despite  such  young  age.  ❝    how  flattering.  ❞
