WHY WE MUSYC: Dillon DeVoe
I musyc, simply, because it saved my life. When I had no where to go, it gave me a home. When I felt alone, it led me to those with a common thread. When I felt despair, these songs gave me the words to communicate and cope. I musyc because I don't know any other way to live. This life, and all it is, seem to me to be songs played on the greatest stage and all the players we could not do so without. That's why we all musyc.
Dillon DeVoe is the singer and lyricist of post-alternative band, Mime Game. Having formerly been the singer/lyricist of Josephine Collective, he has toured the country, written and recorded with some of the industry's best artists and producers, and amassed a giant catalog to pull from. Mime Game released their first full-length album in March 2017 and is currently writing their second album. Look for them soon in a city near you.
