Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 2 tablespoons cracked peppercorns. 1 teaspoon salt. 4 burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion rings for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cracked peppercorns, and salt. Mix well and shape into 4 burger patties. Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your preferred doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and close the grill to melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the dill pickle aioli. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned.
