Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts to the bowl, coat them evenly with the marinade, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of chicken breasts. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the dill Greek yogurt sauce by mixing together Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, serve hot with the dill Greek yogurt sauce on the side or drizzled over the top. Garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon slices if desired.
