just wanted to pop in and say that i just finished reading “i feel a change in the wind (i feel a change in me)” and immediately re-read it like three times. i just love the hope and playfulness you convey and i just wanted to point out the particular paragraph you wrote:
“Staring at this man sitting next to him with his heart flayed open on a Wednesday morning in mid-September at the top of a mountain a thousand miles away from where either of them ever expected to be. The him of a few years ago didn’t even believe this existed, and now here it is, sitting in front of him in a pair of tiny shorts and the sunglasses he stole off Eddie’s entryway table last month and the melting remnants of a disgusting coffee that Eddie paid eight dollars for because he loves him.”
literally loved every word of that. captured such a beautiful essence of them but also just left me with a general hopefulness for the future that i kinda needed in my life. so just wanted to send a message and say thank you for sharing your writing with the world, it’s greatly appreciated. looking forward to more from you ☺️
