Clover (Right) and Coin (Left) have managed to snag some dice from Dandy's shop! Both of them don't know what they're for yet, but it seems they're gonna find out VERY quickly.
I was originally going to have them with original/Toon Dinah but I wanted to draw Twisted Dinah again so...yeah!

Appearance
Dinah is a 6-Sided Die with white skin and pinkish-red eyeshadow. She has colored dots on the sides of her head: One red dot in the front where her face is, two orange dots on the left side of her head, three yellow dots on the bottom of her head, four green dots on the top of her head, five blue dots on the right side of her head, and 6 purple dots on the back of her head.
Dinah wears a red tuxedo dress over a white blouse, as well as a rainbow necktie. The dress has long puffy sleeves and white cuffs with dark red diamond shaped buttons on them, a dark red belt on the midsection with a white hexagon shaped belt buckle. The skirt of the dress has a slit, where layers of rainbow ruffles (sans red and purple) reside under. She also wears a pair of purple heels.
Personality
On the surface, Dinah is polite, mysterious, sophisticated, and generally level-headed .However she sometimes comes across as apathetic, condescending, and cold, even in times when she does not mean to.
In her gossip dialogue, Dinah often expresses curiosity about the other Toons, being that she has only now begun to know them. She also hints at a desire to get closer to the other Toons, yet does not usually act upon this desire, making her still quite lonely. She is very knowledgeable about Gardenview’s “underbelly” and the circumstances surrounding the Ichor Operation, all this knowledge left her jaded and essentially depressed, as she mourns the person she could’ve been and the life she could’ve had. Compared to Dandy, she is much more accepting of her negative reputation, not because she enjoys it, but because she believes being “The monster” or “The bad guy” in the eyes of others is better than being nothing at all.
She is devoted and loyal to Dandy (and to an extent, Dyle as well). Not in an "obsessed" or “lovesick” way, but in a “life debt” sort of way. She both fears and respects Dandy. Respect because he gave her a second chance at life, a new purpose. Fear because she’s afraid if she steps out of line he’ll get rid of her just like the higher ups at Gardenview tried to. Though the fear appears to be a defense mechanism, due to her fear of abandonment. As Dandy has almost nothing but respect (and pity) for her and sees her as a friend.
Dinah is unfortunately quite insecure, more than she lets on. Almost always feeling the need to “prove herself worthy” to others. She also has quite the temper, although she’s better at restraining herself compared to Dandy. She especially has an immense hatred and vendetta against Delilah Keen and Arthur Walton, who she blames for her troubles and the troubles of all the other Toons. Despite her rage and coldness, she does still care for others, especially ones like Bassie, Bobette, and other Toons that have been screwed over by the founders and the system the center used to operate on.
Dinah can be seen in the lobby in her own little booth (Which is to the right of Dyle’s shop, in the alcove.). Dinah sells what are known as “Modifiers”, things that allow players to customize and make their runs more challenging for extra ichor rewards. She also sells “strategies”, which are tips on how to best play a certain Toon. Like Dandy and Dyle, Dinah can also gossip with the player, giving her thoughts on certain things in Gardenview such as other Toons.

Twisted Dinah
"A character once planned to appear in the Dandy’s World show. Dandy has given her a new purpose and lease on life. She owes her life to Dandy, and will do anything to prove that she’s worthy to stay. She’s seen the center’s darkest depths…”
Rank: Lethal
Speed: Fast (20)
Attention Span: Below Average (2)
Detection Range: Above Average
Twisted Dinah is a dangerous Twisted found exclusively in her own room. In order to access this room, the players during a run must buy three specific items that have a chance of appearing in Dandy’s Store starting on Floor 4; Dice. Who buys the dice does not matter, as the condition of the dice will apply to every player in the run. Dice can only be bought once per-floor no matter who buys it. After buying all three dice, the next floor will be Dinah’s own floor, where she will spawn.
Dinah’s trial is simple and it deviates from the normal floors: It’s a survival game. There are no machines to do, instead replaced by a 3 minute timer. The goal is simple, survive the whole three minutes.
The main challenge factor of Dinah’s trial is the dice, which are used to create three modifiers that will affect the trial and apply to all Toons (or all Twisteds depending on the modifier). Some benefit the Toons, while others work against them.
Modifiers include, but are not limited to:
Positive Modifiers
Increased Movement Speed by 10% for all Toons
Increased Stealth by 20% for all Toons
Twisteds are 10% slower.
Twisteds have a smaller detection range
Twisteds’ have their attention span decreased by 25%
Double the amount of items on the floor.
Effects of candy items will last 5 seconds longer.
25 extra Stamina points for all Toons.
Stamina regeneration is increased by 45%
Stamina is consumed 2x slower
Ability Cooldown decreased by 10 seconds
Negative Modifiers
Twisteds are 5% faster.
Twisted Attention Spans are slightly longer.
Twisteds have a enhanced Detection Range
All Twisteds have max Hearing Range
Failing a Skill Check will inflict Slow I for 5 seconds.
Confused I debuff applied to all Toons.
Tired II debuff applied to all Toons
Stamina is consumed 2x faster
1+ minute to the timer
Trinkets are disabled for all Toons
Ability Cooldown increased by 10 seconds
Like Dandy and Dyle, she will be alerted to the sound of failed skill checks, regardless of distance (unless Mime Makeup is used). Just like with Dyle’s floor, Twisted Dinah is accompanied by 3+ Common Twisteds.
Should the Toons complete her floor, they will be granted a 30% boost to extraction speed, allowing them to progress through future floors faster. Unlike Twisted Dyle, Twisted Dinah can be avoided indefinitely so long as all three dice are not bought. She can only be encountered once per run.
Twisted Research Trinket: Bag of Dice
Trinket Category: Other
Resets your Active Ability cooldown upon entering the elevator. Has no effect on Toons without an Active Ability.
Trivia
Dinah is the first (and currently only) Lethal Toon to be female.
The prefix of Dinah’s surname comes from the latin word “Ludo”, which means “I play” in English. As well as the board game of the same name.
This effectively means Dinah’s surname means “I play [my] way”
Fittingly, Dinah’s first name means either “vindicated”, “judged”, or “god will judge” in its native Hebrew.
The hexagon seen on her and her Twisted form are meant to resemble a 20-Sided Die.
Dinah’s Twisted form is loosely based on Baphomet, as well as the goat that makes up part of the Chimera (with Dandy being the lion part and Dyle being the snake part)
When Dinah was scrapped and she went into hiding, they used parts of Dinah’s old personality (An adventurous but sophisticated risk-taker who loved challenging people, making bets, and playing games) as inspiration for Gigi, who was created not long after Dinah.
Dinah was created on July 7th, 1995. Seventh day of the seventh month, and given the year the center shut down, she had been in The Archives for about 7 years, give or take.
Like Dyle, Dinah has four achievements attributed to her:
Gossip Game: Listen to 25 unique gossips from Dinah (Gossip | Bronze)
All Bets Are Off!: Beat Twisted Dinah’s floor 25 times (Niche | Gold)
The “Better” Me: Complete Twisted Dinah’s floor as Gigi (Niche | Gold)
The “Winning Big” achievement is a reference to the Dandy’s World episode of the same name.
“All Bets Are Off!” is a reference to Cuphead, as it’s the name of King Dice’s boss fight.
The “Better” Me achievement is a pun on the fact Gigi is a gambler (i.e a “better”) but also the fact Gigi unknowingly replaced Dinah, considered the “better” version of Dinah.
Dinah passed the time by the books and scripts during her time in The Archives. It’s what kept her “sane” for so many years, it was her form of escapism.
Dinah is a fan of Jazz and Swing music. The song that plays in her shop is a jazz rendition of “Gymnopedies” by Erik Satie.
Dinah’s trinket function was the function of the Toy Kit prior to the 2025 Christmas Event, though this time without the ability spam glitch.
