According to Dingalan’s Tourism Office, in going to this famous site, we can either hike or hire a vehicle. Obviously, we chose the latter one and this is the vehicle pala:

After buying food from Barangay Aplaya, we proceeded to 428 Mercado Hotel and Resort located at Barangay Matawe.
The road was rough and steep. Good thing my Avanza was able to sustain the climb! Good work Avie!
