Yo soy laboratorista clínico, así que te puedo dar unos tips para eso! ^^ Primero que nada, desayuna bien, mas no tomes cosas como cafe o cosas con mucha azucar (ni alcohol, obvio) que puedan alterar tu metabolismo. Relajate, podrías sentir un pequeño dolor ya que la aguja de donación no es el mismo tamaño que las de venopunción normal, pero al momento se te va, puedes llevarte tu ipod y escuchar música para distraerte, tambíen recuerda que al finalizar te daran galletitas y juguito! ^^ Suerte!~

Gracias ^^ el documento de información que me dieron dice que no debo haber comido 8 horas antes Dx supongo que estará bien desayunar algo no muy pesado como un sandwich ^^ lo de llevar el ipod es lo que haré, la música siempre me relaja.

you can tell a lot about someone by the type of music they listen to. hit shuffle on your ipod, phone, itunes, media player etc and write down the first 10 songs. then pass this on to 10 people. one rule: no skipping
