Soon As I Walk Into Work. Yes Even At An Italian Restaurant We Have Burgers And Everything Is From Scratch, Hand Patted 8 Oz Burgers On Order, Mid-Rare For This Order And They Wanted Pepper Jack, LoL! We Don’t Have That, lol, Just Parmesan And Mozzarella Here. So Chef Skills Go To Work. Made A Buschamel(Cheese Sauce, Complete With Butter And Flour To Thicken), Salt & Pepper, Cut Some Fresh Hungarian Peppers Julienne Style, Then Cut Some Roasted Red Peppers(Can Barely See Them Within The Cheese), Added Some Julienned Basil To Add More Bold Flavor. Then Lettuce, Tomato, Charred Onion, Fries Get Salt & Pepper, And Cajun Seasoning. Also Of Course Ketchup And Spicy Mustard(Made By Me). Chicken Dipped On One Side In Specially Made Cajun Spice, Cook In Canola Oil Both Sides, Except When You Flip It The First Time, That’s When You Throw It In The Oven For A Couple Minutes, Flip It Again, Let It Cook A Couple Of Minutes More.
