Yes Even At An Italian Restaurant We Have Burgers And Everything Is From Scratch, Hand Patted 8 Oz Burgers On Order, Mid-Rare For This Order And They Wanted Pepper Jack, LoL! This Is A Throwback To When I Was Cooking At Macaroni Grill. First Two Pics Are Me Making From Scratch Chicken Parmesan Milanese, They Get Bigger And We Flattened Them Traditional Style To The Size Of A Sauté Pan. Covered In Flour Then Pounded, Then Covered In Eggwash, Then Breaded(With Parmesan And Seasonings), Then Perfectly Flattened. Then Since I Did Everything, I Was Making Mediterranean Vinaigrette(/Italian) For Pantry, Which Has Spicy Mustard, Olive Oil, Red Wine 🍷, Parsley, Oregano, Balsamic, Fresh Honey, Salt & Pepper, Garlic, Red Pepper Flakes And Sugar.
