Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fish fillets. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. While the fish is cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave them for about 30 seconds. To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by a piece of cooked fish. Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Serve the spicy fish tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
