At this point, I can only read Jon in Dino Andrade's voice. He just fits the character way too well. It's as natural to me as reading Bruce as Kevin Conroy.

Oh, you and me both. Dino Andrade is one of my favorite VAs and I think he did a wonderful Job voicing Scarecrow i Arkham Asylum and Arkham Underworld. I just love the sound of his voice, it works so well for Crane! He’s also a real sweetheart in person and really nice. I want to meet him someday!

I don't know why so many people don't like John noble's voice for scarecrow. I think it's perfect for the role and appearance he has in AK like Dino Andrade's voice is perfect for the AA version. If he had laryngeal damages after being mauled, I think it makes sense for his voice to become deeper and for him to speak slower. My humble opinion :)

And your opinion isn’t wrong! I too like John Noble, I’m just a bit biased for Dino. I don’t think the voice would deepen after an injury like what he suffered, if anything it would become more raspy and lethargic–but I’m no medical professional and I might be wrong lol. His voice acting is really good though, and fitting…I just wish we could’ve seen Dino voice Scarecrow. From my research, I heard DIno was never contacted to return for the role, so I don’t even think he got a chance to strut his stuff, so to speak. And that sucks. That’s sorta why I’m bitter. He deserved a chance at least. (thankfully he did return later for Arkham Underworld!)

@dinoandrade thoughts? Where you ever contacted by Rocksteady to voice Scarecrow in Arkham Knight or was that just a rumor? And if I can ask another question, would you have liked to voice Scarecrow again? If you see this and answer, thank you!

I just saw a picture of Dino Andrade (voice of scarecrow) playing catch with his son. That is so pure. He’s my favorite voice actor for a reason.

That man is a sweetheart.

Dino Andrade’s special message to the Mistress of Fear!

I have to share something extraordinary with you guys. A good friend of mine, @pirate-cashoo attended comic-con this year and guess what? They meet the voice of Scarecrow, Dino Andrade!

We had previously thought Dino Andrade wasn’t going to attend, but as it turns out this was his final year at SDCC and as luck would have it, Cashoo ran into him on one of the last days! Being the extremely kind person they are, Cashoo mentioned my name and Dino instantly recognized me. He was so nice that the signed not one, but two prints for me! Not only that, he left me a special message. Guys, I can’t even begin to tell you how much this all means to me. Dino Andrade is a real sweetheart, he even did the autographs for free. :) I can’t wait to get my hands on them, but for now at least, enjoy his special hello to the one and only Mistress of Fear!
