"Nor was I threatening you," Ganon pointed out, trying to hide the amusement he felt from watching the other man fall into the water. He reached up and pulled his hooded cloak from his shoulders and moved closer to wrap it around the smaller man. "I had only wished to greet you."

He noted the halberd - Hyrulean in design, but there was something about the stranger that struck him odd; he didn't have the longer tapered ears the Hylians all bore. That intrigued him as he knelt before the other, taking in his appearance; shorter than most Hylians he'd seen, but lacking a childish appearance, clearly an adult.

"What, might I ask, brings you to my homeland?" Ganon asked. His gold eyes moved to meet the warm brown of the other man.

If it was difficult to go unnoticed when he was born, it was even worse now. He was the only Gerudo male alive at the time of his first death; the same was true now, but the elapsed time without one seemed to have upset the status quo even more. It was to his benefit to wait in the castle and use either the Yiga - who were more than happy to serve as his guard - or send visions out. But occasionally, it suited him instead to roam the countryside in person.

Of course, he wasn't himself. He had always been good with magic. Tricks, more than his contemporaries - illusions, misdirection, throwing hallucinations. It suited his needs then. He might have wished he knew more now, but there was always time.

Nothing but time.

In his current form, he was a slightly shorter than average Hylian who could have been from Lurelin, were it not for a shock of bright red hair. He enjoyed the climate; the pirate moblins were only an amusing diversion. No one seemed to have noticed that they didn't attack him - but there were only a few who stayed close enough to the shore to note him at all. He stayed in the cliffs at night, anyway. No reason to be swept away with the sea.

At this moment, he sat by the road entering what was left of the village, a vague smile on his face, and a small whittled trinket in one hand, his knife of choice in the other. He heard the footsteps long before he looked up.

"Good evening. Are you trying to get to the village?"

"Sir Vair," the Nohrian Queen greeted in an amicable tone. Her shoes clicked lightly as she made her way down the marble steps to the training yard. She had no immediate guards with her, but there was a collection scattered about, by doors and other entryways.

"How do you fair with the royal training yard?" She asked, offering a pleasant smile. Very much the opposite image for Norian Royalty, but Daedra did is she pleased in that manner. "Siegbert tells me it's quite common to find you here as of late."

@dinrelsanddragons sent: For Raven, beholding the changes in his son's appearance was not an easy thing, nor was keeping his hands away from his swordhilt and shield simple, either. But his tone? That he could manage, after the time it took to simply find Link. It was enough for the blind ire to cool to a mere simmer. "Son." He held up a hand, his right, in greeting. "I.. have heard you've been troubled. How can I help?" Despite this calm and amicable tone, Raven was more than ready for a fight– he'd already eaten a meal to increase his defensive capabilities.

He wasn't surprised that Raven would track him down, after word got out - probably no thanks to the Yiga themselves - that Link had forsworn his duty to the kingdom. There was no doubt in Link's mind that his father would either try to talk him back into lifting the sword again or disown him for giving up; either way, Link was struggling to care.

"I've been troubled since I woke up with no memories," Link pointed out, his voice hollow and monotonous. He doesn't move from the ruined wall he laid on, red eyes watching the clouds above. "Why is it now that anyone actually cares? No one even thought to consider their Hero was only human until he broke."

He closed his eyes, grimacing as he lay there, feeling the gloom in his body surge in his veins. It was getting worse.

"You can help by telling Hyrule to find another Hero."

@dinrelsanddragons sent for Wars : Congratulations, Link, you've just been pickpocketed. And... you can't even see the thief, but you know someone just fiddled with your pouch! And it wasn't you.

It was a sunny day in Hyrule, and a rare one that Link had been forced to take off - because goddess knows he wouldn't do so willingly. Not when there was so much to do and skills to train.

Seems today would not be a peaceful day for the captain, however, when he felt a street thief attempt to steal from him in broad daylight, regardless of the bustling community around them. A poor mistake, however, seeing as who they had picked as their target was not some simple civilian, despite the clothes he was wearing.

The blonde was quick to grab the hand that touched his pouch, vibrant blue scarf catching the air as he turned to the culprit, clicking his tongue. "If you are hard on rupees, you are far better off asking than stealing. You never know who your target may be beyond the clothes they wear that day." Link scolds, and despite his grip on the unfortunate soul, his voice is gentle.

"All right, let me re-word that. I'm extra glad I ended up in Nohr instead of Hoshido after I left home. Hoshido's got plenty of shenanigans, and don't get me wrong, so does Nohr, but at least in Nohr I'm under Prince Xander's protection, and he's actually a good guy."

“There are good princes in Hoshido too! Like uncle Takumi! Or Uncle Ryoma.” Calm. She needed to stay calm. “Or do you consider my mother a bad guy? She may be shy but she is the strongest woman i know!”

She's no small amount surprised by the question, turning to face Link with confusion on her face. She studies his face, noting the lack of familiar scars that her knight had received over his journey. "Excuse me, yes, I am - but if you are not my knight, what... timeline do you come from?"

"could I be correct in the belief you are the King?" One arm had been placed against his torso as the other remained by his side. It was an incredibly safe assumption but Rauru could not yet understand everything within this time. So many gaps, so many unknown yet significant faces to learn. At least on this occasion, Zelda had informed him somewhat even if just a slight description that seemed to help. An ear had twitched at the sounds they picked up on.

"if so, I would like to request a moment to talk. If I may of course."
