If you have an issue you can come by on a day and book an appointment.” Bones glared at the man. “Now go away.” He turned and sat down at the bar. “Maddening isn’t it?” He mumbled and looked over at the man at the bar beside him. “Bunch of idiots some people.”

Satine was a bit in shock to be back in Washington. She was really tired of being flung around the place. She just wanted to feel secure again. But this constant change and deadly situations were not great for the stress. She was glad to see Din though and not in a situation where she was running for her life.  “Din! Relief to see you in one place.”

"Police department. Detective Hwang Jun Ho." He held up his ID looking at the other. Even with torential rain he'd do his job. "How can I be of assistance." He loved his job though he did wish he was at home with Jun Hee and the baby.

"I am so over this." Satine mumbled, her blaster in hand while she walked carefully down the street with Din. She was a pacifist and wanted to avoid any death or violence but here they were, it was all over the news and of course she had been assigned security but she didn't trust them either.

"I don't believe that, Din." Satine was always a type of person to give people chances. She believed in the good in people even after everything that happened. "From what I know of you, you seem like a good person just fallen on some hard times. But a bad person would never do what you did for your son."

Satine had been working hard on this case and it was just taking everything out of her. Din taking her hand to support her wasn't unwelcome. She smiled at him. "Thank you Din. It'll be fine. I just need to figure this all out."
