Tip definitely calls him "Lord Jonathan"

Vanilla and Tippy went through the same traumas they had in the first au, but the way they coped with it is swapped. Vanilla now uses humor to cope with things and Tippy is more hopeless and dark. Everyone still has their stands, Vanilla still has Cream and feels a never ending void in his heart, but in this au he pretends it doesn't bother him. Tippy still has Sapphire Heart, instead of pretending like he doesn't understand why Sapphire is defensive, he is very open about his stand being indestructible and powerful.

I am going to make some Voidverse doodles after I finish drawing what Vanilla and Tippy look like in that au!
