LATE-BREAKING NEWS: Zamboangueño Drag Artist 'Pura Luka Vega' is arrested for multiple nationwide counts of Persona Non Grata and other specific criminalities in Arrest Warrant

SANTA CRUZ, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION -- It all comes down to this after 3 straight months, a 33 y/o male Zamboangueño LGBT drag artist individual named Pura Luka Vega (who is real name as Amadeus Fernando Pagente) is arrested for multiple counts of 'Persona Non Grata' in selected cites; including Western, Central and Eastern Visayas (excluding Dumaguete City & Negros Oriental -- which are currently not listed yet).

This was after failing to receive or partially reading a Subpoena letter, and even he did not come forward to attend himself a preliminary investigation of a criminal case or in court, as obtained exclusively to OneNETnews.

By late Wednesday afternoon (October 4th, 2023 at exactly 4:10pm -- Manila local time), per the exclusive radio report of Super Radyo: Manila DZBB-AM 594khz with Manny Vargas… He was enlisted for an arrest warrant and was issued by honorable Czarina Encarnacion Samonte-Villanueva, presiding judge of the Manila-Regional Trial Court: Branch 36 (M-RTC), due to numerous multiple charges that Mr. Amadeus face in for a criminal punishment in the whole country.

Unfortunately, in a possible theory, drag artist is prohibited completely by the Philippine national law (regardless of illegal fashion, more reasons for homophobic, and those situations of LGBT like Mr. Amadeus himself), since our news team of OneNETnews cannot independently verify them. You may remember last Sunday night (July 9th, 2023) after a video surprisingly but brazenly went viral online on his own social media account during a new, unreleased gospel rock remixed song of ’Ama Namin’ (or the Lord's Player).

Aside from these national charges, local government units (LGUs) in Western, Central and Eastern Visayas affecting the areas of Persona Non Grata are in Palawan; Toboso town in Negros Occidental; Mandaue City in Province of Cebu, Cebu City, Bohol and Dinagat Islands.

But here in Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental alone as according to Dumaguete City Councilor named Joe Kenneth Arbas during a local radio interview of DWFH-FM 97.7mhz's Radyo Bandera: Sweet FM Dumaguete… The LGU officials decided not to declare the aforementioned Persona Non Grata in the entire province of Negros Oriental including Dumaguete City for Mr. Amadeus and was silently approved by a disclosed local resolution at the Dumaguete City session hall, next beside at the end of City Central Elementary School (CCES) in Santa Catalina Street.

So as that, Mr. Amadeus (known as one drag artist 'Pura Luka Vega') was now arrested at his temporal residence via the Manuel Hizon Street, Brgy. 339, Santa Cruz, National Capital Region in Manila; after travelling and moving originally from Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. He was charged with multiple violations of a nationwide Persona Non Grata in some cities & regions, in relation to Article #201: Sections 2b.2, 2b.3, 2b.5 & 3 or Revised Penal Code and the Republic Act #10175: Section 6 or The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, with a recommended bail behind bars of PHP72,000 (or roughly U$D1,270) at the Manila Police District (MPD) jail in Santa Cruz, the said NCR.

By soliciting monetary donations to free Mr. Amadeus, everyone else could be committing a cheating offense by using expensive cold-hard cash, electronic wallets like GCash & Maya, and traditional or digital banks like Landbank and CIMB Bank, leaving completely refuses to pay all the damages in taxpayer's money or criminal funds, according to the MPD.

Even one human right's lawyer named Raphael Lorenzo Aguiling Pangalangan cannot fully control his unlawful issue with its disturbingly scandalous biblical trend.

Now the drag artist completely under attack in the online world of social media, his journey of "The Lord's Prayer" in LGBT drag artist career ends here with a bigger damages for a simple retirement of fashion. The 'Fake Jesus in Northwest Mindanao' is calling it quits, despite still a shameful individual character.

Filipino Drag Artist 'Pura Luka Vega' declared nationwide Persona Non Grata in specific cities and facing both charges, due to a backlash of its remixed Pinoy Gospel song

DIPOLOG CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE -- An LGBT individual from Dipolog City named Amadeus Fernando Pagente, knownly dubbed as 'Pura Luka Vega' has now facing both charges of the alleged vi*lati*n(s) of Article #201 or Revised Penal Code and the Republic Act #10175 or The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

He is formerly known a web series streaming contestant of Amazon Prime Video: Philippines' Drag Den with Karl Philip Michael Westerberg (Manila Luzon) after Amadeus placed last as a consolation person of 'Miss Fortune Award' or 'Ranked Last but still served' at the end of the said web series in the early Q1 2023.

The video went blazingly viral last Sunday night (July 9th, 2023) on his official social media account which cannot independently verify to OneNETnews. A new, unreleased rock remixed song of 'Ama Namin' is a Tagalog dialect version of 'Our Father' and was originally used (except the remix part) in several Churches and Cathedrals across the nation, including the examples of 'St. Catherine de Alexandria Parish' and 'Our Mother of Perpetual Help' in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

Aside on a remixed song, he is more likely a blasphemous, brazenly rude, and offensive performance -- leaving their online netizens & anti-LGBTs draw criticism to be called as 'Fake Jesus in Northwest Mindanao'.

Following the aftermath of its controversial issue, some Filipinos do not really care about Amadeus which is the now declared a 'persona non grata' or specific, several cities were not to be welcomed anywhere in the country nationwide. The following cities are in Metro and Mega Manila, Floridablanca town of Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, province of Laguna, Occidental Mindoro, Toboso town of Negros Occidental, Cebu City, Dinagat Islands, Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon and General Santos City. While the devotees of the Black Nazarene to be sued out against the said drag performer.

Here in Dumaguete and some municipal towns of Negros Oriental like Bacong and Bayawan City, for example, it is probably pending and later added in the future for a simultaneous nationwide attention from a Local Government Units (LGUs).

Per the deleted X Network post: "Tell me EXACTLY what I did wrong. I am open for a dialogue, and yet cities are declaring 'persona non grata' without even knowing me or understanding the intent of my performance. Drag is art. You judge me yet, you don't even know me", Amadeus said.

Christian church leaders' group The Philippines for Jesus Movement (PJM) lodged the complaints against Amadeus for an alleged violation of the aforementioned both charges above. If he was proven guilty from a disclosed Philippine national court and/or senate hearings, Amadeus is potentially and cumulatively sentenced to 8-14 years in prison (both between Destierro-medium and Prisión Mayor-minimum level) with a fine of PHP6,000 to PHP12,000 (roughly U$D110 to U$D215).

Amazon Prime Video Philippines had declined for a comment on our news team, as of this writing.

The fake Jesus of northwest Mindanao in Dipolog City has its bad rights for catholicism with a shameful LGBT character. Amadeus does not need a political asylum or anything alternative on him to migrate thru another country, which rarely not-so-welcomed for an anti-LGBT communities of the Filipinos.
