bill was CAUTIOUS, resisting the urge to call him the symbol he was prophesized to be for eons, & ran a hand through golden strands. if dipper was RELUCTANT to trust a triangle, perhaps it would be easier to ACCEPT a human. anything to guarantee that soon he’d be in possession of the rift.
