I have one with 16(!) sims. Google ‘goosebusters multi pt’, it’s the first result. :) They make very cute alien babies!

Is it a saved sim you’re trying to change the hair of? If so it’s what happens when you don’t have the hair they were saved with. It’ll work fine in CAS.
