//Courtship, absolutely not. This man has so much social anxiety, he thought the butterflies in his stomach from having a crush on Dorian were a fear response. He's only been with two people in bed, and that's because they asked him. Or at least, Dorian asked. The other guy mostly just kept taking things further when he didn't hear any protests. Lavellan would never dare to assume that the object of his affections actually wanted to be with him, so he's not going to make the first move. Also, his complete amnesia means that in threads where he hasn't gotten together with Dorian, he has no recollection of his past relationship experience, so he has no clue what he's doing mentally. Once in an established relationship where they've become intimate, though, his methods of enticing his partner might include rubbing his thumb up the length of their arm while holding hands, giving them lighter, more teasing kisses, looking at them suggestively, possibly while biting at his bottom lip and/or tucking his hair back, and wearing/removing certain clothing to get a response out of them.
//Oh, 100%. He'd only be intimate with someone he was in a romantic relationship anyway, so he thinks of the whole thing as an expression of love. During, he ranges anywhere from serious yet passionate to giddy and lighthearted to teasing lovingly, and afterwards, he is all about cuddles and soft kisses if permitted.
//Referencing the first question, not very. The only way he does anything resembling flirting is once he's already in a relationship, and even then, he usually only does so when his partner starts it or when he's trying to better their mood.
