My journey started about 23 hours ago a small mistake means 5 hours in Washington Dull airport, yes I know it's Dulles but trust me the 'es' is extra :( I'm heading to the OCR World championships, I cannot believe I've come so far and I'm proper stoked to be taking part, lots of my crazy like minded mud fiend friends are out here and I'm looking forward to the races and the social side!! I know I'm not gonna place high but I am gonna be number one in my eyes!! Proud to be here!! A new feeling for me, let's hope the post race blues isn't a big crash after all this travelling ;) Big shout to Team UK OCR Squad!! We're one of 22 countries represented, let's show them how us Brits do it :)

I'll just have a little rest here, until the cramp goes away! Amazing day racing at Dirty Dozen, took on both 18km and 12km races but had nothing left for the 6km... Massive respect to all the guys who completed all 3 distances #beunstoppable #dirtydozenraces #dirtydozen12 #cramp
