Got off work, went to Taekwondo with Mr. & Mrs. May, then came home and did another push for 45 minutes. I still have to modify a bit (alternating leg lifts from a plank is still a no no, and I must stick to controlled hopping instead of full jumping) but I can feel my ankle getting stronger and more mobile. Stretching and massaging, and icing, is next. The way I see it, you have to be careful when injured, listen to your body and take care not to overdo it, but don't let it stop you from what you can still accomplish. The rest of my body still works. Resistance for me is the mindset that I can't do it. I'm choosing to believe that I can, I will.
