i was talking to my mom about this who has arthritis but i was like. genuinely it sucks to have chronic fatigue when you used to be able to do so much more than you could do now & honestly a large result of that is through severe trauma from childhood & cptsd including indigenous historical trauma that's constantly ongoing & how it literally took over my body to the point where i can't even swim as long as i used to & i Loved & still love swimming. i used to be able to walk & play sports for long periods of time & i can't do that anymore. my mom just nodded bc being chronically ill sucks.
