Gat (mustard green) kimchi is ready :)
Slapped out some pizza crust and bam. Pizza for D&D Day.
Gat kimchi in the crock for a few weeks. Remaining radishes in salt brine and going in fridge to use as wanted for various dishes. Scraps in freezer for future scrap stock.
