The disappointing thing with Totoko's Characterization in S4 or S4 in general is they had so many avenues to take her character. They could have carried off of The Soul's Takoyaki Party and the Legendary Sleepover. They could have maybe made a subplot of her quitting being an idol. They could have her spend more time with Nyaa and her daughter (who appeared twice in this season). They could've brought her brother in. Shit, they could adapted that 80's episode when she solving riddles. Anything but the writers just sucking out all the energy from her and shafting her in the background

I think Chibita's birthday is on the 15 (well, his Heisei seeiyuu's is) according to this one tweet on a birthday volume I found (so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt).

Relating to my Totoko drawing, I was originally planning to illustrate Totoko dressed up as a bunch of otome heroine but I bit off more than I can chew and literally made three or something sketches with about twenty six Totokos and I gave up due to laziness and decided to pick up the easier meme drawing.
