Sega Saturn Disc Cleaning Kit
I don't have spooky posts ready yet, but I wanted to show you guys how the top part of this C.D. cleaner totally looks like a bug face.
I used to work at Family Video, a dying video store. We had a machine that was supposed to clean discs but it excluded most game discs, Blu rays and sometimes CDs, we didn't charge for it because half the time it didn't even work, it was more to just make the customers feel like we did something in case they took it home and it didn't work. I'm not sure if other locations charged.
Pretty sure this was the one but there was a new manager that was transferred in and hogged all the hours so I quit on decent terms (I mean that just made more hours for him so...) and found a "better" paying job. I was playing MGS3 at the time and got to the Volgin fight (near the end) but it froze up and prevented you from progressing, I even used all the home remedies to fix it myself but no luck. So I took the disc to the store and asked the guy to clean it for me because I knew he brought in a new cleaner that could handle the stuff the old one couldn't. He grinds my disc down, and charges me for it! Former employees get a discount but this guy sure wasn't going to give me one. Whatever, it's a few bucks, it's MGS3, it's worth it. I pay, take it home and IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK.
I still think about that time. He's actually the reason it closed down, not the lack of business. He got into a dispute with the landowner and apparently it wasn't the company's problem so they didn't fire him and just closed it altogether.
