This last weekend, in temps right at 100 F, I played in The Langley Pond Open, here in Aiken, SC. The course is a tough one, and heat and poor decision making do not make for low scores. But I did manage to hold on to second and make the winner of Advanced division to play honest and keep it in the fairway. And yes, I did make the trophies, and yes, this is the first one I have ever won, and yes, I am pumped. I am flattered to be asked to make a trophy, the flow or surface or each trophy represented the up and downs of wind, hills, heat, and when the dam is finished, it will represent water.
