Happy National Gin and Tonic Day!! Another year, another tea infused gin. This year I’m drinking @suntory_rokugin from Japan. It’s distilled with unique Japanese botanicals, including Sencha and Gyokuro teas. It’s very smooth and could be sipped alone, but I like the quinine bite that tonic brings back into the equation. A friend got me hooked on the light tonic water from @fevertree_usa , and it’s definitely the way to go with more delicate gins. Regular tonic water has so much sugar that it tends to overpower gins with a subtler flavour profile. I highly recommend picking up some light tonic water if you’re an adventurous gin drinker.
