Even college kids need better than minimum cuz guess what, we are going into EXTREME DEBT. Dorm prices, school supplies, class fees, it all adds up very quickly and we drown in it. The only way to stay afloat for many is taking out huge loans that you won't pay off until you're dead. At least a decent job could pay for living expenses but we can't even get that. So we live on the bare minimum.

Naah don’t you know, your super rich parents are supposed to be paying for your college that won’t do anything for your career once you actually finish it so they can nag at you all the time and complain about how lazy you are when you still can’t move out of the damn house because no one will hire you

If you need help with lovestruck I'm more than happy to help be more than a one time guest artist. I've been in a little bit of an art block recently and need something to get me going again. Yeah that’d be fine, I don’t mind return artists, I’m just going to assign one update at a time per artist so no one gets overloaded and in case anything comes up

Even if a job allows vacation time people don't take it in hopes of looking more loyal and to try to climb the ladder, but in the end it gets you no where. The extra hours, the hard work, a lot of times you extend yourself to the fullest yet get the same pay as your coworker that you have to pick up the slack from. It makes no sense. Work to the bone to live, but what is living without any fun, which you dont have time for since you're always working a dead job.

People whine that “but it’s not faaaair to favor some workers over others”

you know what else aint fair

making a good worker put up with a bunch of lazy assholes who put no effort in to their jobs because there’s literally no point in them doing their jobs well

this is what breaks people constantly, because it happens so often and all it does is teach workers “you don’t matter, nothing matters, so don’t try any harder than minimal effort because all being a good worker does is make you everyone’s pack animal who gets paid the same as the guys making you do their jobs for them”
