“you know, when i was younger, wyatt and i used to conjure up dragons.” fire-breathing creatures that were bright amusements in her life. “mine was named serelath, but i called it sera for short.” it branded her soul, a connection never forgotten. even though melinda and wyatt were always in trouble for conjuring up such creatures, it never stopped them. “she was the best creature i ever owned. i was the only one able to tame her and her fire never harmed me. — there was a mutual connection instilled between us. — sera was my best friend for as long as i can remember.” the dragon was a protector and loyal companion, without sera, melinda wouldn’t have been the same. “moral of this little story, i’m lucky to have you as a friend and i’m always going to be there for you. you may not be my dragon, but you’re my friend and you’re like a little sister to me. i’m always gonna protect you.” ( @discordence )

no more than lowly servant at the royals' beck  &&  call. he snarls with every order , advising aresenic as tea.  such cannot go unnoticed , but it is said goodness can be found in all , even though who fight with such DISDAIN. so the queen ----- perhaps in all the  goodness  of her heart ----- clings to some small hope in the thought of changing the ways of disobedience into loyalty. but why should he bow to those so UNDESERVING. all her loyal subjects may follow blind and ill , but he shall detest with every last dying breath until power may reclaim its rightful throne. the boy leaves his post unattended, taking a brief moment of breath in the wonderland air just outside the castle walls. sudden noise beckons his attention. fogged air hazes his vision but he can make out something, or rather someone, lurking in the distance.   ❛  have you  never  heard of a door ?  --  the queen herself gladly leaves the bastard open for any sort of riff-raff.  no use in SKULKING.   ❜

               ━━━━━━                    COURFEYRAC  WAS  NOT  ENTIRELY  INSTRUCTED  TO  make  sure  that  viktoria  had  a  good  time  while  visiting  paris      :      in  fact,   she  had  already  been  here  for  a  week,   according  to  her.      he  WANTED  to.      he  liked  making  sure  everyone  had  a  splendid  time  while  in  paris,   no  matter  WHO  they  are.      he  arrived  at  the  hotel  she  was  staying  at      &&      after  he  said  a  cheerful  hello  to  the  concierge,   he  walked  up  to  her  room.      courfeyrac  took  a  deep  breath  then  knocked  lightly  on  the  door.                         ❛      madam  victoria?      are  you  in?      ❜                         he  absolutely  loved  being  around  vika.      she  was  a  rather  cheerful  lady  with  a  sarcastic  streak.          (      which  is  something  that  he  ADMIRED      )          she  was  good  company      &&      he  did  not  mind  spending  time  with  her  nor  money.      she  DESERVED  it.
