Okay, Discounty is delightful and extremely addictive. It’s got that perfect gameplay loop that keeps me playing just one more day! I just unlocked a new product to sell, and I need to rearrange the store again to bring attention to my most valuable produce, and don’t forget to unlock new perks with my trade partners in town! It also gives me something that I always wished Stardew Valley had in its Joja route: CONSEQUENCES. Turns out that if you gut the building that used to hold a beloved old tea shop to expand your supermarket empire, the locals won’t like that! Also there are rats all over town now that I haven’t gotten to the root of yet, I snuck into the back of a delivery truck to try to make business connections with a clearly corrupt factory owner, I helped destroy incriminating documents to get a useless bureaucrat on my side…this game is great.

Playing Discounty. How do I get my child labor to go home? I stopped by the store on a Sunday and he's still there. Stocking shelves. I stocked all the shelves so maybe he would go home. He didn't. Surely I'm breaking some sort of child labor laws. I never meant for this to happen. How do I give this kid a break?
