Captain Nemo

There are two Captain Nemos in Disney canon and we will be looking at both of them.

The first Captain Nemo is from the live action film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

The second Captain Nemo is an alternate reality version of the first Captain Nemo where he survived and continued to contribute to scientific research from his island Vulcania and this version is the one who appears in the Disney Parks.

A short history video that goes into Discovery Bay. A Tony Baxter project for the back of Disneyland in the 1970s. A whole land themed to steampunk and Jules Verne that even tied into the story for Thunder Mountain. This won't cover every detail, but it is a nice, short video to cover the topic.
