One of my favorite and most memorable International Woman’s Day memories was a TV appearance where I was fortunate to be profiled, on such an important day... it meant the world to me! But when comments were posted as to why wasn’t the television station profiling “real feminists like doctors or scientists,” it stung. I never responded but I kept my head held high and I got over it because I know my mission has always been to empower women- ALL WOMEN so, I see nothing wrong with taking pride in our beauty and sexuality as women and furthermore my businesses not only make women look and feel their best, for themselves, but it empowers women of all shapes and sizes! So to all the ugly (on the inside) out there, I remind you to consider that before you cast your stones, lend your support to women in business no matter if they express themselves differently then you.
