So I just saw the Shadow Hunters preview on the tv and know NOTHING about the series. I just happened to jump on here and saw your post. Is there anyway you can sell it to me? :)

Okay. OKAY. SHADOWHUNTERS.

- It’s based on the bestselling series by Cassandra Clare - The Mortal Instruments, which is one of my all time favourite series because it’s SO GOOD

- it follows a group of people who literally battle demons

- it has awesome girls; Izzy is a BAMF, Clary is wonderful. No really, but IZZY. *heart eyes, so many heart eyes*

- it has awesome dudes: Jace is a sarcastic little shit, Alec is a precious cinnamon roll, Simon must be protected at all costs, Magnus will verbally smack you around while throwing glitter on you at the same time

- the characters are aged up, compared to the books, which means more edginess, darkness and sexy times

- the cast is spot on. I haven’t seen such perfect casting for a show/movie based on a book up until this point

- I AM SO EXCITED

- literally even if it’s trash, I’ll be ready for it and still watch it religiously
