Rapunzel A wise man once said "there are no mistakes, only happy accidents" He lied. So I decided to continue on with my watercolour Disney Princesses and I thought it would be cool to do Rapunzel. Everything was going great. I had the design perfected on my tablet, I had copied it to my watercolour paper and was just inking it up when disaster struck and I messed up the right eye. Now, the logical thing to do after this would be to just simply start again on another piece of watercolour paper, but as we all know, I am a stubborn brat and was determined to make it work. I put a white marker over it (which just turned it grey ) and persevered on. This led me to overshading in order to compensate and well... we are left with this.. Now I know its not too bad, and I do kinda like it, but it's far from what I wanted out of this piece. If you want to see what I DID have in mind for this piece, you'll simply have to wait until tomorrow when I shall post my digital recreation of this piece.
