Mother’s Day lunch service dishwashing shift review:

Busy but I was locked in so I only had 20min overtime

Got 3 free milkshakes

Chef was playing mariachi covers of pop songs and it sounded like a Hispanic Brendan urie was blessing my ears

Got many “good job”s and “appreciate the help”

Overall probably a top 5 shift, 8/10

Being a chef and working my way from the pit AFTER culinary school really helped me realize and important truth, no one works harder than these motherfuckers, especially if you get a great one, if I cant give them more pay at least I cook them whatever they want. Without them the restaurant would die
